SuitBargains.com is proud to ship virtually anywhere on the planet. Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to an international PO BOX.

Can you declare my purchase as a "Gift" or reduce the value on the customs form?
Falsifying custom documentation if a federal violation. In accordance with US law, we must declare your package as merchandise and note the price that you paid as the value. We truly appreciate your business and are very sorry for any inconvenience or expense that this might cause.

Do I have to pay custom taxes or duties?
SuitBargains.com's international shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, and/or broker fees associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

Can you ship my package using a cheaper shipping method?
At SuitBargains.com we pride ourselves on offering the best shipping rates possible. Unfortunately, we cannot ship your items using any other method.

Can I pick up my items in person?
Our warehouse is located in Hicksville, NY. Please email or call us to schedule an appointment.

When will my order ship?
SuitBargains.com picks, packs and ships all orders within 1-3 business day from the time payment was received. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please note that certain Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, and Sean John pants and suits as well as some Modena dress shirts take 4-7 business days to ship.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. International orders may incur delays associated with custom clearance at the destination country. How can I track my order?
You will receive a "Shipping Notification" email once your order is shipped. This email will contain a shipping tracking number which can be used to track your package.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?
At SuitBargains.com we want your online shopping experience to be RISK FREE. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 90 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please visit our Return Instructions page to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the item back.

Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item within 90 days from the date your order was delivered. Simply place an order for the new item and we will credit the original order once the return in processed.

When and how can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your item, you can expect a refund within 7 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
