Return Instructions - 4 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.

  1. Instantly obtain your return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) by completing the secure web form to the right.
  2. Return products in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging including hangers, tags, and labels in order to avoid a restocking fee.
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice and RMA # with your return shipment. Returns without the original invoice or RMA # may not be processed.

    We have found that USPS and UPS are the most affordable and reliable shipping methods. If you are shipping from outside the USA please use USPS.

Customers pay for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.


If you need to exchange an item please email us at to let us know which item you would like as a replacement and we can place it on hold for you. To speed up the exchange process, please place a new order for the item you need and we will issue a refund on the returned item. This is the easiest and best way to complete an exchange quickly.


Obtain an RMA # using the web form to the right and return your product within 90 days of receipt of your order.

  1. Customers must obtain an RMA # and return their item(s) within 90 days of receipt of their order. Return shipments received without an RMA # will not qualify for a credit.
  2. Returned products are subject to inspection by our staff. All hangers, tags, and labels and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.
  3. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
  4. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
  5. Customers pay for return shipment charges.
  6. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
